「Short Verse Studio」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを最優先事項として尊重し、個人情報の保護に最大限の配慮を行っています。本プライバシーポリシーでは、本アプリにおけるユーザーデータの取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 取得する情報およびその利用目的

本アプリは、ユーザーが入力した短詩文芸（俳句、短歌、絶句、時調、ルバイヤート、ガザル、リメリック、エピグラム）をブラウザ内のCanvasおよびWebCodecsを用いて縦型動画（MP4）へ変換し、ユーザー自身のYouTube™ チャンネルへアップロードする機能を提供します。

詩作テキストおよび生成動画データ: すべての動画生成処理はユーザーのブラウザ内（ローカルメモリ上）で完結します。開発者のサーバーへ送信・保存されることは一切ありません。
Google / YouTube™ OAuth 認証情報（https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload）: ユーザーが明示的にアップロード操作を行った際、ユーザーのブラウザから直接 YouTube™ Data API v3 へ動画を送信する目的でのみ一時的なOAuthアクセストークンを使用します。

2. Google ユーザーデータの保持期間および削除方法 (Retention and Deletion of Google User Data)

本アプリにおける Google ユーザーデータの保持（Retention）および削除（Deletion）に関するポリシーは以下の通りです：

データの保持期間（Data Retention）: 本アプリは独自のバックエンドサーバーやデータベースを持たず、開発者のサーバー上で Google ユーザーデータを保持・保存することは一切ありません（サーバー保持期間：0日）。Google OAuth 2.0 アクセストークン（https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload）は、ユーザーのブラウザ内（localStorage）にのみ最大約1時間（3,500秒）一時保持され、有効期限切れとともに自動的に消去されます。すべての通信は HTTPS / TLS 1.2 以上 により暗号化されます。
データの削除および権限の取り消し方法（Data Deletion & Revocation）:
- ユーザーは本アプリ画面右上の「YouTube™ account」ボタンをクリックするか、ブラウザのキャッシュ・サイトデータを消去することで、ブラウザ内に一時保持された OAuth トークンをいつでも即座に削除（ログアウト）できます。
- ユーザーは Google アカウントのアクセス権限設定ページ（https://myaccount.google.com/permissions）から、本アプリのアクセス権限をいつでも直接取り消す（削除する）ことができます。
- ユーザーが本アプリを通じてご自身の YouTube™ チャンネルへアップロードした動画データは、ユーザーご自身の YouTube Studio™ からいつでも編集または完全に削除することができます。
- また、データ削除に関するお問い合わせや削除リクエストは [email protected] にて常時受け付けており、ご連絡から7営業日以内に対応いたします。

3. Google API 限定使用ポリシーおよび YouTube™ API 規約の遵守

本アプリが Google API から受け取った情報の使用および他のアプリへの転送は、限定使用の要件（Limited Use requirements）を含め、Google API サービスのユーザーデータポリシーに準拠します。また、本アプリは YouTube™ API サービスを利用しており、ユーザーはGoogleのプライバシーポリシー（http://www.google.com/policies/privacy）および Google セキュリティ設定ページからいつでも本アプリのアクセス権限を取り消すことができます。

4. 第三者への非販売・AI学習への非利用

本アプリは、取得したユーザーデータをいかなる第三者にも開示、販売、共有、提供することはありません。また、ユーザーデータを広告配信目的や、汎用AI・機械学習（AI/ML）モデルのトレーニング・学習に使用することは一切ありません。

5. アクセス解析・広告配信およびアフィリエイトプログラムに関する表記

本サイト（wasabikarashi.com）では、サイトの利用状況を把握するために Google Analytics（GA4）を利用しています。Google Analytics は Cookie を利用して匿名のトラフィックデータを収集しますが、個人を特定する情報は含まれません。また、第三者配信の広告サービス（Google AdSense）および関連書籍紹介のためのアフィリエイトプログラム（楽天アフィリエイト、Amazonアソシエイト等）を利用する場合があります。Google などの第三者広告配信事業者は、Cookie を使用してユーザーが本サイトや他のウェブサイトに過去にアクセスした際の情報に基づいて広告を配信することがあります。ユーザーは Google の広告設定でパーソナライズ広告を無効にすることができます（※なお、Google OAuth / YouTube™ API から取得したユーザーデータをアクセス解析・広告配信やターゲティングに使用することは一切ありません）。

Privacy Policy (English Summary for Google OAuth Verification)

1. Data Collection and Purpose: Short Verse Studio renders user-entered short poetry into MP4 videos entirely within the user's local web browser. We request the Google OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload solely to allow users to upload their self-created videos directly from their browser to their own YouTube™ channel via the YouTube™ Data API v3 when explicitly triggered by the user.

2. Data Retention and Deletion of Google User Data:

Data Retention Policy: Short Verse Studio operates purely client-side and statelessly with zero backend databases. We do not retain, store, or log any Google user data, personal information, text inputs, or video files on any developer server (server retention period: 0 days). Temporary OAuth 2.0 access tokens (for scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload) are cached exclusively in the user's local web browser (localStorage) for up to 1 hour (3,500 seconds) and are automatically deleted upon expiration. All communications and API requests are encrypted in transit using HTTPS / TLS 1.2 or higher.
Data Deletion Policy: Users can delete their Google user data and revoke access at any time through any of the following methods:
- In-App Deletion: Click the YouTube™ account button in the application header or clear browser site data to immediately delete the locally stored OAuth access token from the browser.
- Revoking Google Account Access: Visit the Google Account Permissions page (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions) to revoke Short Verse Studio's access to your Google account at any time.
- Deleting Uploaded Videos: Any videos uploaded to your YouTube™ channel remain under your sole ownership and can be permanently deleted at any time via YouTube Studio™.
- Deletion Requests via Email: Users may also contact us at [email protected] to request data deletion; any requests are processed within 7 business days.

3. Google API Limited Use Disclosure: Short Verse Studio's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Users can revoke Short Verse Studio's access to their data at any time via the Google Security Settings page. Please also refer to the Google Privacy Policy.

4. No Third-Party Sharing & No AI/ML Training: We never sell, rent, or share user data with any third parties. We do not use any Google user data for advertising purposes or for training generalized Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) models.
